Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully received and verified. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions, processing may take longer than usual.

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or shipment.

Delayed Deliveries

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur for reasons outside our control. These may include:

  • Remote delivery locations
  • Operational or transportation issues

FINPETMEDS is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you if an issue arises.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property, with neighbors, and with your local carrier office.

If the package still cannot be found, contact us and we will do our best to help you review the situation. However, FINPETMEDS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue faster, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the package and damaged item(s)

We review damage claims on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution when appropriate.

Split Shipments

In some cases, an order may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse handling, or package size. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different days.
